So that didn't workout

Remember how I mentioned I took out the crib bumpers last week? Well 15 minutes after I had put Cali to bed last night she started crying and I didn't sounds like her usual " I don't want to sleep" cry so I went upstairs to check on her and her leg was stuck between the crib rails. That was my biggest fear and main reason why I was afraid to take the crib bumper out. I felt so sad and of course put the bumper back in.
Well the doctor was right, Cali climbed out of her crib this morning. I put her down for a nap and jumped in the shower. I kept hearing noises while I was in the shower but couldn't figure out what is was so as soon as I got out of the shower I went to check on Cali and sure enough she was playing in her room trying to get the door open. And sure enough she used the bumper to climb out of her crib. So once again the bumpers are out.
CribFun
She climbed out the side of the crib, as you can see the sides are shorter and she's one smart cookie.

if you are not ready for a toddler bed, turn her bed around with the high part out it will make it harder to get out. Even on the corners.

She will get used to not having the bumper. It took a few times with the legs throught the crib slats for Evie to get the hang of it.
