Daddy's Weekend!!

We had a pretty relaxing Father's Day Weekend, we mainly just hung around the house.

Are weekend started like this!

I normally work 12-5, but last week I worked 8-5, booooooo. And on my way out the door Friday morning this is how I found them sleeping!
Is this cute or what?


That night, Friday, we went out for sushi, relax and took some pictures.


We woke up way early on Saturday because Dave was going on an early motorcycle ride with his buddies. He hadn't been on a ride in a LONG time so he figured it was probably a good idea to wear his leathers. He figured someone would wreck and in case it was him he wanted as much protection as possible
He swears he's straight! But when he does things like this I just don't know.

The ride ended a little (a lot) sooner than any of them would have wished, Dave was right. One of the guys recked 30 minutes into the ride, he's good but his bike it totaled.

We just hung around the house the rest of the day.

We woke up early on Sunday because we were having smoked ribs for dinner and they needed to be smoked for 8 hours. Cali wanted to hang outside with Dave while he got things started. As you can tell it's a little dirty out there, but she didn't care.

We ended up going to this cool little restaurant down the street for brunch. All you can eat and drink mimosas for $14! You can't beat that! And since Dave needed to take a nap because he had to be a work at 1:30 am that night he had more than just a few mimosas!

It was a little warm on Sunday so we let Cali hang in her diaper.

After her afternoon nap we gave Daddy his Father's Day card.

If you look closely you can see Cali signed it too!


While Daddy went to drop of the wrecked bike, which had been sitting on the bed of the truck all weekend, I got Cali ready for bed. At the time I noticed that she had a bit of a rash so she took a quick bath. How cute is that face?

And since the best thing for a rash is a bare bum, we let her hang out naked! She was naked for 20 minutes and didn't pee or poop!

That was our weekend! Nice and relaxing.

Matt and Suzanne are coming to visit us on Thursday! We are so freaking excited!
